Pad Print transfers ink onto curved or uneven surfaces like drink bottles and pens using a silicone pad. It's affordable and produces sharp logos in up to 6 colors (including metallic gold/silver), but works best with simple designs rather than gradients or photos.
Rotary Screen Print wraps screen-printed designs around cylindrical products like bottles, offering large print areas with up to 5 colors including metallics. It's best for bold, simple designs on light-colored products, with each color adding to setup cost.
Direct Digital prints full-color designs directly onto flat or slightly curved products using inkjet technology, with a white ink base that allows printing on dark surfaces. It supports large print areas and personalization, but can't produce metallic or neon colors.
Digital Packaging Print produces full-color, complex designs with gradients directly onto packaging materials like boxes, with no ink build-up and instant drying. It supports personalization but only works on light-colored surfaces and can't achieve edge-to-edge coverage or metallic/neon colors.
