How long are lead times?

Most of our products are in stock and ready in New Zealand. Depending on the branding solution you choose, we can have your order completed and dispatched within 3–7 days from confirmation.

How is my order shipped?

We carefully pack your order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition and send it via a standard tracked courier service. You can track your order’s progress, and it should arrive within 1–3 days from dispatch.

What if I need my order urgently?

If you have a promo emergency, we’ll do our best to provide an express service where possible. Please get in touch with us directly by email or phone to let us know your deadline.

Can I return my order?

If your order has been branded in any way, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. For unbranded, unused items in original packaging, returns for credit, exchange, or refund are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Restocking fees may apply.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $16.50 per product across New Zealand.

Can I request a quote?

Quotes are not provided through the ordering system. If you need a quote, please submit a request using our contact form. Our team will get back to you promptly.

I need help with my logo or brand. What can I do?

If you need help bringing your idea to life, we offer a full design service for all your graphic needs. We also design custom apparel and accessories through Henry & Gray, our apparel and uniform company.

Where are you based?

Promohub is fully New Zealand owned and operated with an office in Auckland’s Grey Lynn. While most products are made offshore, we work with local printers and embroiderers to decorate and deliver your order.
